Meet our Founder

Ellen has extensive experience in clinical leadership searches in both academia and community healthcare environments where she has successfully lead hundreds of searches across all specialties with a decade of physician recruitment leadership.

Early in her career she recognized the impact clinical leadership searches have on an organization’s culture, the patient experience, and the stability of an organization in an ever-changing healthcare climate. Ellen’s passion to start her own boutique firm began with the goal of delivering the kind of partnership that mimics a successful in-house recruitment team while also offering the full-scope, white glove experience for prospective candidates.

Born and raised in Massachusetts Ellen attended the Commonwealth Honors College at UMass Amherst and later completed her masters degree at Boston College. Ellen has been a top account manager in agency recruitment, Sr. Physician Recruiter for the Lahey Health System and Manager of Recruitment for the Tufts Medicine network. At Tufts she led all academic clinical leadership searches in partnership with senior leadership and the DEI team. During her tenure the team’s proactive approaches enhanced diversity metrics and created unique sourcing strategies for their talent community.
